Great team!! Great prices and very helpful. I stream alot on FB and I send all my followers to buy from this joint. You just can't beat them in terms of pricing and the quality is still the same if not better than appliance stores like JB-HI-FI and others. They can build you a custom PC with what ever budget in mind to help you acel or compete with FPS and CPU usage while playing games like Fortnite,MW saga, Warzone,WOW, LOL, BF saga etc. If this review doesn't help you with making your choice easier then you must be AI or some Bot that knows nothing about computers. These nerds are actually helpful! Will continue to support their business as long as they are around🏆🏆🏆

Excellent staff members working on a Saturday. Came in with a hardware problem on a pc purchased 2 years ago (limited use in that timeframe) and the staff were more than happy to troubleshoot on the spot. However the lack of an in store phone number makes problem resolution more difficult.

This shop is awesome! Bought a PC the night before, got built the following morning then I picked it up in the afternoon. A nice clean setup! PLUS, theyve doubled the RAM and improved power supply without extra cost because from the time theyve posted online what i want, parts have reduced costs. Kudos to them for being so fair 👌🏻 P.S i went to buy from this shop after having such horrible experience from U-effing-Mart. U should check out my review for umart milton. Might be in my profile. They ripped me off! #dontBuyFromUmart.

Between MSY and Umart it’s probably the same to be fair. Never the depth of stock on sale items - with forward planning I’m sure things are easier - just feel like a cow in a cattle truck and I’m sure it could be very different with staff being more attentive.

Hit and miss. The prices are ok but if the website tells you the item is in stocks or 3_4 hours. Do not listen, you'll be lucky to get it the next day. But don't fear, you will get it. They're ok, you could do worse like umart.

I bought my first system through MSY using their custom build feature with MSY assembly. I am sure the staff are plenty knowledgeable to help with any queries but as they are a smaller shop I would strongly recommend doing your own research as to what you want. Their website is then very accommodating allowing you to assemble your desired machine. As for the assembly and build I can complain at all, the machine has been running perfectly for the last month and Jack was very helpful with offers of after sales service. In terms of price I found them to be very competitive, coming in under Umart and comparable to other only custom PC builders for same specs. I highly recommend MSY and would purchase from them again.

Well priced, good selection, had a minor problem that was rectified by Shane at Brendale, he is fantastic, knows his stuff, could not be any more helpful if he tried. Seriously he is probably the best asset this company has, he needs to be more engaged with the public as he will keep the customers coming back.
